Feedback for the UBC
Here you can read, what existing customers have experienced with the UBC and how it improved their game. Feel free to send me your feedback via E-Mail.
The UBC really is a great training tool! It depicts the perfect continuation of the Penguin Exercise and gives players the possibility to test and improve their posture. Like with the Penguin Exercise it’s very important that the highest point of the upper part of the body marks the shoulder of the hitting arm and it must not tilt forward out. Does the player have this pre-knowledge, the UBC offers the optimum training aid, just because a straight stroke is the perfect basis for a successful play.

The UBC has to be in the repertoire of any trainer. The UBC definitely works and can help any player in improving his stroke.

"My quiet assistant trainer"
From my experience as a trainer the big problem of the disciple is to see himself and to self-correct. The task of a trainer is to teach the disciple the right stand and arm posture. There are several methods, which surely work out for the moment of learning and active coaching. But then comes the time without active coaching, where the disciple tries to internalize and to practise. Here is the big difficulty, since it’s come out to be very hard to correct yourself without turning the body - and the UBC balances exactly this weakness of the phase of learning. The UBC has become a reliable partner with my training and I can only recommend it to every disciple or trainer.
Because man believes only what he sees!

Thanks for the demo of the UBC at the Hopkins show. I tried it again when I got back and have to admit that I'm hooked. Every instructor (and probably every player) should have one.

Just a few words about your marvelous invention the UBC. I have been using it for some time now and I constantly reap the rewards of improved shot making ability and increased confidence. When watching the pros on TV, I can now say that I can duplicate many of their shots and position plays.., it no longer seems out of reach to me anymore. Your UBC should be in EVERY players arsenal without a doubt. I hope that all the world's players come to experience this training aid. Now, when I shoot, it feels right and I know ahead of time that I will make the shot! Thanks to your UBC!!!!
I wear the UBC everytime I go the my local pool rooms for practising and players ask me about it..., does it work they say.., I say just watch and see ! Without proper stance and proper stroke, you have NOTHING. Many many thanks.

I have received the UBC today and my immediate reaction is very positive!
I find that I have a consistent tendency to line up incorrectly from right to left ( when I allow the cue to hang freely, this flaw is apparent). Is it your thought that with continual practice, the student will start to line up with the feet more correctly and these adjustments will be less and less necessary. (It is also my thought that beginners who show immediate talent/potential are blessed in that they are lining up with their feet correctly naturally. It also seems to me that this training device is in a way, better than an instructor because I think it is possible for the student to cheat/fake or conceal an incorrect alignment and then at the moment of truth revert back into the wrong alignment and execute the shot. I also get the impression that the elastic tension is helpful in developing the stroke.

Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the UBC. By using it, I found that I have always cut across the cue ball and just made the adjustment somewhere during my downstroke. So, I have re-built my approach from the ground up, starting with my foot position to re-align my whole stance.
Thank you so much

As you know, I have been working with the UBC and my stroke has really improved. However, Jona noticed I was pulling my arm in ever so slightly. We worked for two days trying to correct that flaw. It was very hard and frustrating. Finally, yesterday, with the UBC on my arm, I lifted it just a little and began to hit the balls with a quality I have never experienced before. I am so grateful for that device.

I just wanted to tell you that I received my stroke trainer in the mail 2 days ago. I went to the table to work out the next day and attached the trainer as you said to do in the instructions. I lined up a shot into the corner pocket and let go of the butt of my cue and the whole cue moved about 2 inches!
I started lining up and shooting the shot with the UBC and it worked! I just wanted to thank you for the innovative product!

This training aid is incredible! Best invention in pocket billiards ever. It has helped to improve my stroke more than anything else.

This tool is amazing! It is so obvious that it works! It shows the tiniest flaw in your alignment and I know that this can change the world for your game. I am excited and will use it in all my workshops with my students.

I just wanted to give you an update on my training. Last night I ended up with a high run of 58 in my training and that was with racking the balls and breaking and running them out! I have been training with the UBC and it has set me up with a rock solid stance! When I break the rack and use my finest stun stroke, the balls explode like I have never been able to do before! I wanted to let you know how everything is going here!! I have found that the UBC has improved my confidence and also my concentration 100%!!!!
Daniel Arancho, USA, 25.03.2008
Very interesting concept! Actually, I don’t need it. I am able to correct flaws in the stroke of my students without the UBC since 25 years …, but very interesting!

Wow, that’s how you can realize, how bad you stand behind the ball. The UBC is really good for self control and correction.
Franky Kirnberger, Germany, 2009
The UBC showed me that with some angle balls I didn’t stand at the table the right way. Now I know, after correction by the UBC, where I made mistakes and my hit rate increased considerably.
